What is Hydration?
JavaScript attaches to server-rendered HTML and makes it interactive.
The step after SSR/SSG where the client-side framework takes over the existing HTML, attaching event listeners and state so buttons respond and data updates. Mismatches between server and client output cause hydration errors.
